Terms and conditions for entering the 2017 Philmac Academy Competition

for a free ‘APPLE iPad mini 4 128GB’

This Promotion is open from September 2017 until Wednesday 6^th December 2017 to all entrants who register and complete the training modules within the Philmac Academy.

Entrants must register and complete modules to eligible for the prize draw.

By completing and submitting all entrants agree to and accept these terms and conditions.  All participants must have a current and valid email address and agree to be contacted by Philmac for marketing purposes.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over. No automated, third party or bulk entries are permitted.

The closing date for entries is Wednesday 7^th December 2017. The draw will be made by an independent third party within three days of the closing date and the Promoter’s decision will be final.

There is one prize, an ‘APPLE iPad Mini 4 128GB’, available to be won.

The winner will be contacted within 24 hours of the draw taking place, and may be required to take part in any publicity organised in conjunction with the Promotion.

If the Promoter is unable to contact a winner within seven days, then the Promoter shall be entitled to redraw and allocate the prize to the next entrant drawn out.

There is no cash alternative to the prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing.
 

In the event of impediments outside the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to offer, at its discretion, a broadly similar prize of similar value.

The Promoter will use its reasonable endeavours to deliver the prize to the winner  within a reasonable timescale.

The Promoter reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions and amend or terminate this Promotion in whole or in part without prior notice or compensation. No other correspondence will be entered into.

This Promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
